Sekonic Scanner Support Registration
To take advantage of the Scanning Services and Support, Inc. toll-free support line, loaner units, or repair services, you must register your Sekonic scanner(s) with our customer support center. There is no fee charged to register your OMR scanner for future access to Time and Material Service!
This registration form provides Scanning Services & Support, Inc. with information that is required to support your needs and respond to requests for service/support as quickly as possible. It also insures you will receive manufacturer updates and notices as well as information on new models of Sekonic OMR scanners and products.

Complete the two steps below and you are registered at the support level you select!
- Decide which level of support is right for you by reviewing the descriptions below.
- Complete the registration form and click "submit" to register or request a quote for service coverage. You will be assigned a customer number and receive confirmation of registration or a quote for coverage.
Services/Support Descriptions
Time and Material: Enables a customer to be issued a Return Authorization number for the repair of a registered scanner. The customer is responsible for all parts, labor and shipping costs. (No registration fee.)
Service Contracts: 1 year, 2 year, and 3 year contracts are available. All contracts are for depot level service and include all parts and labor required to return the unit to the manufacturer's operating specifications due to normal wear and tear. Contracts provide priority access to free loaner scanners for use by the customer during the repair period and include the return shipping charges of the repaired unit. The customer will also be entitled to one free preventive maintenance checkup during the term of the service contract.
Custom Quotes: Discount pricing is available for multiple unit contracts.
